New Shipping Rates as of 1/02/08:
Due to the recent increase of USPS postage rates, our ship rates have changed and are now as follows (the shipping rate is still based on the total product cost of the order):
$25.00 - 29.99 = $5.50
$30. - 59.99 = $6.95
$60. - 99.99 = $8.95
$100. - 149.99 = $13.95
$150. - up = $18.95
These new priority shipping rates will cover the cost of multiple or large boxes on hair bow orders, insure large bow orders, and also insure your designer jewelry purchases which includes beautiful velvet satin-lined gift boxes.
We accept Discover, American Express, Visa & Mastercard.
Phone Orders
Regretfully, due to the high volume of calls, we are no longer able to accept orders or answer questions via telephone. Please e-mail all questions and special orders - we love to hear from our customers and strive to give detailed replies to all mails within a few hours, unless we are traveling. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Order Minimums
Due to the considerable amount of time involved in packaging, shipping, and filing of order info, we have had to adopt an order minimum policy of $25.00 to keep our product prices as low as possible for our valued customers.
Shipping
Our current ship time is posted on the home page - ship times vary, depending on the amount of orders received. "Ship Time" reflects the day the order leaves our office - please allow an additional 2-5 days to receive the order (an additional 4-10 days for Canadian shipments). The ship time posted on the home page at the time an order is placed will apply to that order. We ship via
USPS Priority Mail which has a 1-3 business day ship time (a business day are weekdays that the US post offices are open). Regretfully, we are no longer able to rush orders, so please email prior to submitting your order if your ship date is questionable. There is a 5% fee charged for each order amount that must be credited to your card.
E-mail Shipping Notifications
As a courtesy, we have always sent an e-mail notifying the customer of the day their order shipped. We are now sending the shipping confirmations through the USPS website at the time the shipping labels are printed. USPS website customer care has informed us that these emails cannot be received by the customer when certain email spam filters are enabled - please add USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com to your address book if you wish to receive the ship notification emails from the USPS website.
Secure Card Processing
Due to the custom nature of the orders we receive, it is sometimes necessary to order supplies/items *before* an order can be filled...for this reason, your card will be charged before the ship date; otherwise, your card will not be charged until the day your order ships.
Shopping Cart Problems & Info
Your computer must be set to allow cookies in order for our shopping cart to keep record of the items that are added to the cart. For more info on how to set cookies in different browsers, please see this link: http://federation.intranets.com/help/us/cookies_howto.html
It is also helpful not to use the "BACK" button in your browser while shopping - instead, use the links within the website for navigation. This will ensure that your
product subtotal will show the correct dollar amount and that your items will be stored correctly in the cart.
Our cart will not store info when Norton Internet Security is enabled. Please disable and reboot your computer, or write down your order info and send with payment including shipping to the address below. We accept check or money orders (there is an additional 10 business day delay for check payments).
How do I place an online order?
Please click on the picture of the product you are interested in and it will
pull up the product page for that item. On this page will be the choices
for that item and an "add to cart" button. Please select one option from
each of the pull down menus, adjust the quantity desired, and click the "add
to cart" button. When you are ready to purchase your selected items, please
click on the word "Check Out" at the top of the page.
Returns
Each and every handcrafted item we sell is custom-made to the customer's specifications as we wish to ship new items that have had no shelf life. We accept claims of incorrect items within 7 days only upon your receipt of the shipment. If a mistake was made on our part, we will exchange the incorrect item for the correct one. An exchange will be issued and return shipping refunded upon our receipt of the incorrect items. Should you have doubts about your desired bow color, we have ribbon sample charts available on our "Ribbon Colors" page.
Filled orders/shipped packages that are purposefully returned unopened by the recipient will be issued a credit of 50% of the order total, minus shipping charges. There is a 50% fee for filled orders/shipped packages that are refused by the recipient.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept check or money orders through our
shopping cart. Please order via e-mail or snail mail if you wish to pay by check or money order. Please Note: In addition to the normal ship time, there is a 10 business day delay for check payments as they must clear before the order can be processed.
