Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there a minimum order required for purchase?
Due to the considerable amount of time involved in packaging, shipping, and filing of order info, we have had to adopt an order minimum policy of $25.00 to keep our product prices as low as possible for our valued customers.

Why was my card billed prior to my receiving the package?
Due to the custom nature of the orders we receive, it is sometimes necessary to order supplies/items *before* an order can be filled; but generally, your card will not be billed until your order ships.

Do you sell wholesale or offer quantity discounts?
We do not offer any wholesale or resellers programs at this time. We do offer a 10% group discount on orders of 100 or more of the same size, style and color bow.

Do you offer a printed catalog?
Due to our changing product offerings, our website is our only catalog.

Who makes your bows?
All of our bows are designed and handcrafted by Michele Wentworth to ensure the same meticulous quality with each and every bow. Special requests may be sent directly to Michele at the "Contact Us" button above.

What if I couldn't find the color I was looking for?
We will accept all custom orders at the "Contact Us" button above. Please give us an extra 2 weeks to receive the new ribbon from the factory. Include a valid e-mail address with your order so we may contact you if there will be a delay, or if the ribbon is unavailable. There is a small additional fee for a special order color for 1 bow, but custom group orders of 12 or more are free of additional charges.

When will I receive my bows?
Our current ship time is posted on the home page. Ship times vary, depending on the amount of orders received. "Ship Time" reflects the day the order leaves our office - please allow an additional 2-5 days to receive the order. The ship time posted on the home page at the time an order is placed will apply to that order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail which has a 1-3 business day delivery time (a business day are weekdays that the US post offices are open).

Shipping notification emails are sent from the USPS website. If you have an email spam filter enabled and wish to receive the ship notification email, please add USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com to your address book.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
All hairbows are inspected during packaging and shipped to you in a crush proof box. Please e-mail us if a mistake was made on our part so arrangements can be made for an exchange. We will accept incorrect item claims within 7 days only upon your receiving the shipment. A full refund of the return shipping charges will be issued to your credit card upon our receipt of the incorrect items. Your 100% satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

Why am I having problems with the shopping cart or checkout?
We use the Agora Cart which does not store product information properly with cookies disabled or with any internet security blockers enabled.

It is helpful not to use the "BACK" button in your browser while shopping - instead, use the links within the website for navigation. This will ensure that your product subtotal will show the correct dollar amount and that your items will be stored correctly in the cart.

How do I place an online order?
Please click on the picture of the product you are interested in and it will pull up the product page for that item. On this page will be the choices for that item and an "add to cart" button. Please select one option from each of the pull down menus, adjust the quantity desired, and click the "add to cart" button. When you are ready to purchase your selected items, please click on the word "Check Out" at the top of the page.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, money orders, personal/business checks. We must have the exact billing address of the card being used in order to process credit/debit card payments. There is an additional 10 business day delay for check payments to clear in addition to the 2 week ship time. Insufficient fund checks are subject to a $35. fee.
